Savory Steak with Gorgonzola Alfredo Pasta


This rich and indulgent Savory Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo is the perfect comfort food. The tender steak, creamy Parmesan and Gorgonzola sauce create a flavor explosion in every bite. The al dente fettuccine adds a satisfying texture to this hearty dish. It's a great choice for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.





Ingredients:
* 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
* Salt and pepper to taste
 * 8 oz fettuccine pasta
 * 2 tbsp olive oil
 * 4 cloves garlic, minced
 * 1 cup heavy cream
 * 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 * 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
 * Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
 * Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
 * Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 * In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
 * In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
 * Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until it starts to simmer.
 * Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
 * Add crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
 * Throw pasta on the plate and top with steak, followed by Alfredo
