Ingredients:
- Cooked chicken, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz pasta (bowtie, penne, macaroni, cavatappi, or rotini) 
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup milk
- Fresh jalapeños, diced (reserve some for topping)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

1. Preheat & Prepare:
   - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
   - Boil the bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Mixture:
   - In a large pan, melt the cream cheese over medium heat. Gradually stir in the chicken broth and milk until smooth and creamy.
   - Add the Monterey Jack cheese and stir until fully melted and combined.

3. Combine Ingredients:
   - Fold in the cooked pasta and diced jalapeños, saving a few for topping later.
